Controller and purposes

The controller is the publisher identified in the legal notice. Contact information is used to understand and respond to your enquiry. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Information collected

Name, email, message and acknowledgement of the privacy information are required; organisation is optional. The form operates with your agreement. Please do not submit sensitive information. Pseudonymised technical identifiers are used to limit abuse.

Recipients and providers

Enquiries are addressed to HumAIne Advisory. When the form is enabled, Resend handles delivery and Upstash stores abuse-prevention counters. Vercel is the planned host. These providers may process information outside Morocco; locations, contracts and transfer formalities must be reviewed before activation.

Retention

Abuse-prevention counters expire within 24 hours at most. The controller must define retention of correspondence, deletion arrangements and provider log retention before operation. No unconfirmed duration is presented as an existing policy.

Your rights

To request access, correction or opposition on legitimate grounds, use the contact address below. You may also withdraw agreement for future processing that relies on it. The CNDP is Morocco’s competent authority.

Moroccan framework

The processing must be assessed under Law 09-08 and applicable CNDP procedures, including international transfers. Any required declaration or authorisation reference must appear in the published information.
